Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In to create or access a business page, Google provides us with the account's stable identifier, verified email and, when available, profile name. We do not receive or store your Google password. These details are used for identity, secure sign-in and LOCINO account management.

LOCINO AI assistant

When you choose to use the LOCINO AI assistant on the central website, the text of your question and limited recent context from the same conversation are used to generate a response. For questions not covered by LOCINO's built-in information, the text may be sent to the configured AI provider. Do not submit sensitive personal data. The assistant has no access to customer data, bookings or manager accounts, and LOCINO does not persist the conversation content as chatbot history.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing is carried out to perform the service/contract, comply with legal obligations, protect security and legitimate interests where applicable, and on consent where optional technologies require it.

Providers and transfers

We use infrastructure providers and, depending on enabled features, third-party services such as Google, Meta/Instagram, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim for transfer address search, or translation tools. Those providers process data under their own terms and applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention and rights

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes, the service relationship, security and legal obligations. You can exercise applicable rights using the email above and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
